*Any other Income you receive, such as rental income, employment income, sales of stocks/bonds, income from Foreign sources, support payments and any other...

*Expenses such as investment expenses, interest expenses, list any other possible expenses. We will let you know what is an allowable expense.

*Home renovations to make your home safer for a disabled person? Please have valid receipts.

**Note: Some fees cannot be expensed, but are eventually recoverable, such as lawyer’s fees when you purchased the rental property, depreciation that was not expensed, major renovations that were done to improve the property, among others. Just ask us!
